Stick Legends Data Deletion
Last updated: April 7, 2026
This page explains how users of Stick Legends by Rod Software LLC can request deletion of data associated with the app.

1. How to Request Deletion
1.1 In-App Deletion
The recommended method is the in-app deletion flow:
- Open Stick Legends.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Keep the app connected to the internet until the deletion flow finishes.
1.2 If You No Longer Have Access to the App
If you no longer have access to the app, or could not complete deletion while connected, email legal@rodsoftware.com with the subject line Stick Legends Delete Data Request.
Include any details that may help us locate the anonymous account, such as:
- your optional display name, if one was set
- your platform (iOS or Android)
- your approximate last active date
- any account, support, or device-linked identifier available from the app, if you still have it
2. What Is Deleted
When a connected deletion request succeeds, deleted data may include:
- anonymous account identifier and optional display name
- gameplay progress such as gold, XP, and level
- match history and results
- leaderboard entries associated with the account, subject to short technical propagation delays
- equipped weapons and armor
- daily reward status
- locally stored settings, caches, and consent state on the device
3. What May Be Kept
Some data may continue to be retained outside the in-app account record:
- purchase records maintained by RevenueCat and by Apple or Google under their own policies
- advertising and consent data handled by Google SDKs, according to Google's policies
- limited transaction, security, fraud-prevention, or legal-compliance records, where reasonably necessary to resolve payment issues, prevent abuse, or comply with law
Any additional retention period for provider-held records depends on the relevant provider policy or legal obligation, not on the in-app account itself.
Any limited transaction, security, fraud-prevention, or legal-compliance records kept by us are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.
4. Important Notes
- If the app is offline or cannot reach our backend when you use the in-app deletion flow, local data may be removed from the device without completing server-side deletion.
- Deleting the app by itself does not necessarily delete the server-side anonymous account.
- Once a connected deletion request succeeds, the deleted in-app account data cannot be recovered. Relaunching the app later may create a new anonymous account.
